A subscription may be established by email, fax, telephone, or by mail. In order to begin a subscription, it is necessary for you to contact us and provide a login username and password that you would like to use (you may send it in an email). We will include that information in our list of users, and when it is activated, you will be notified. An invoice will be prepared and sent based on the current subscription rate for your level of access.
